The feasibility study is the first step in each project. We ensure that the potential of a building or site is going to be viable, giving due consideration to issues.
Stage 2
Detailed Design
Stage 1
At this stage of the project, we have a clear understanding of the brief and design requirements. We begin implementing these considerations into a final design.
Stage 3
Construction
Stage 1
With a contractor selected, and the building contract signed the project moves into a new phase as we “break ground” and commence with the building works.
